The free trial allows you to test the product for 2 weeks. During this period, you have access to all the product’s features and to all national and European legislation and case law, without any language or territory limits.

As an “Account administrator” you have the possibility to manage the plan to which your organisation is subscribed. To do so, go to the dedicated “My Company” section of your personalised “My LexNow” menu.

Each time a version with new features is released, we send out a notification introducing the new feature.

At the same time, we offer the possibility to discover these new features by yourself within the application through “interactive user guides”.

LexNow offers several options to inform you about new developments:

• The homepage provides an immediate overview of recent publications
• By saving your search requests, it allows you to quickly identify new documents
• Streams are certainly the most effective way of staying up to date with regard to new developments within a legal topic
• Alerts inform you when new versions of documents are made available

For legislative texts that have been amended and for books that have been reissued several times, it is possible to consult the various historical versions intuitively via a drop-down menu.

The Streams & Buckets are innovative and complementary modules:

• Streams are flows of information. They allow you to stay up to date in the areas of your expertise. A periodic selection of the most relevant new content around a particular legal topic is published over the latest period (usually monthly).

• Buckets are learning paths. They allow you to develop your knowledge and refine your expertise, and that of your colleagues, in specific subjects. Buckets are offered by the platform or may be composed by you according to your needs.

Your subscription gives you full and unlimited access to all the platform’s features.

That’s why LexNow is different from other similar platforms. With LexNow, no more frustrations. Everything is included in your subscription.

You have different options:

• (1) You go to the “log in” page where you can reset your password.

• (2) If you remember your password, you can change it yourself via the “My Profile” page within your “My LexNow” personalized menu.

• (3) Alternatively, you can ask your “Company Administrator” to reset your password via the “User Management” page within their “My LexNow” personalized menu.

• (4) Finally, you always have the possibility to contact us in order to assist you in this reset process.

As an “Account administrator”, you go to the dedicated area “User list” in your personal menu “My lexNow”.

You can then enter all the email addresses of the employees to whom you wish to give access to the platform.

An invitation to activate their account will be sent automatically to each email address entered.

It is not possible for an individual to log in via several different email addresses. To enhance the user experience, access to LexNow is strictly individual and it is not possible to share access with other colleagues.

As an “Account administrator” you have the ability to view and download your invoice history via the “My Organisation” page of your personalized “My LexNow” menu and the dedicated “Billing history” section.
